Chika Umeadi, based in the Greater Chicago Area, is a Product Manager at Google and Head of Product at tiphub, with experience in data product development and marketing strategies at analytics companies; he holds an MBA from American University.

Gem, a former Army Officer and Citigroup international financier with over 15 years of global leadership experience, is the Founder and CEO of TalentoTotal, a non-profit advancing underrepresented Afro-descendant and Indigenous talent in Latin America's business landscape; he is a West Point and Chicago Booth graduate.

Kashay, a New Yorker and alumna of Dartmouth and the University of Michigan, has years of experience driving social change and is now exploring strategic HR and learning & development through Microsoft’s HR Rotational Program, uniting her passion for fostering thriving ecosystems.

Paulo Rogério Nunes, co-founder of Instituto Midia Étnica and Correio Nagô, created Brazil’s first Black startup accelerator, Vale do Dendê, was a Fulbright Humphrey Fellow at the University of Maryland, and is affiliated with Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center.
